Your Mission

Boggi Milano is about to land in the United States of America and NYC will be the House for our future Regional Corporate Offices and we are searching for a dynamic HR Business Partner Manager for Corporate and Retail environments to set up the foundations of the Brand in the United States. to drive our Talent Retail efforts for our growing team. You'll lead, develop and implement innovative Talent Retail approaches, and leverage data-driven insights to revolutionize our practices. Your Role

  • The HR Business Partner will have an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward within specific company programs while always ensuring they align with the company's business objectives
  • The HR Business Partner will keep clear focus hiring the right candidates for the growing network of US stores, recruiting Store Managers, Vice Store Managers and Sales Advisors, Corporate Employees, always striving for excellence
  • The HR Business Partner will support, coach, and partner with the Senior Management on the employee’s performance and development goals
  • The HR Business Partner will provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development, working in close contact with the Global HR function based in Europe
  • The HR Business Partner will participate in the on-going development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development
  • The HR Business Partner will collaborate with the European HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
  • The HR Business Partner will develop strategies and execute well defined approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
  • The HR Business Partner will Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions, working in close relationship with the Management
  • The HR Business Partner will prepare Employment Contracts and all other related HR documents, such as change of role, salary increases, termination letters or similar for the Management to execute

Salary range: 

95K USD/year - 130K USD/year

Job requirements

Your Background

  • The HR Business Partner acts as an active expert in the Retail Business with a strong entrepreneurial mindset with an excellent knowledge of the financials of the organization. She/he must understand the company, and its challenges to help address the organization and talent needs
  • The HR Business Partner must provide timely information and/or coaching for all levels of the company leading, coaching and partnering with managers on performance management and employee development goals
  • The Ideal Candidate must have a solid recruiting background of minimum 5 years coming from experience in Retail Headhunting either in a Agency or having worked for a Fashion Brand.

The knowledge of Italian and Spanish (Spoken or Written at least a B1 level) will be a plus.
