Boggi Milano is looking for a dynamic, high performing individual who thrives on the challenge of working in a fast-moving environment and who has a passion for retail and fashion.

 

Boggi Milano is a leading menswear omnichannel retailer, operating successfully 265 stores in 61 countries, on a steep expansion curve targeting ambitious growth scenarios in the next years.


Position Researched. CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

With at least 15 years of experience in the field and having covered similar roles in other retail companies, preferably in the fashion segment, the Chief Human Resources Officer, via a dedicated team, will globally lead the HR Department, managing both its corporate and retail arms.

 

The CHRO will report to Company CEO and will be part of the C-Level Executive Committee, supervising all activities related to the acquisition and development of Boggi’s “Human Capital”.

 

CHRO’s TASKS

 

  • Implement talent acquisition strategies in response to Group’s needs;

  • Develop career plans, in coordination with Group’s Internal Academy;

  • Supervise Compensation, Benefits and Incentive activities granting compliance with country specific labour laws;

  • Manage legal disputes, relying on internal and external counsellors;

  • Being responsible to all economics related to the HR department, providing monthly precise snapshots of ongoing operation and resulting financial needs;

  • Attend monthly Boggi’s C-Level Committee Meetings, sharing status of ongoing operations and counselling on strategic decisions.

NEEDED SKILLS

 

  • High energy, strong ‘can do’ attitude and responsiveness;

  • Ability to review and solve complex HR problems in multiple countries;

  • Ability to create clear executive summaries;

  • Ability to lead and drive activities and projects to successful, time bound outcomes

  • Capable of coaching executives and senior managers;

  • Experience operating in an international environment;

  • Fluent in Italian and English (additional Languages will be a welcome plus);

 

The CHRO will be based in Milan but frequent visits to regional HUBs will be requested. Flexibility to travel is an important attribute.
