As the Concession District Manager for Boggi Milano within Bloomingdale’s East Coast locations, you will play a key role in expanding the brand’s footprint in one of the most prestigious retail environments in North America. This is a unique opportunity to oversee multiple high-visibility concessions, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience that reflects Boggi Milano’s Italian heritage and contemporary elegance. You will be responsible for driving performance, coaching teams, and ensuring operational excellence across your district.

How You Will Contribute

  • Lead, coach, and support Store Managers and sales teams within Bloomingdale’s concessions on the East Coast.

  • Ensure consistent brand standards in visual merchandising, store presentation, and customer service.

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive business performance and achieve sales targets.

  • Partner closely with Bloomingdale’s management teams to maintain strong in-store relationships and maximize visibility.

  • Execute seasonal launches, product training, and local marketing initiatives.

  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and policies.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of retail teams.

  • Collaborate with the HQ and Retail Operations team on stock management, reporting, and process improvements.

    Base Salary: $85,000-$120,000

Job requirements

  • You have 3–5+ years of experience in multi-store retail management, ideally within concessions or department store environments with a solid background in Retail Merchandising

  • Strong understanding of the luxury or premium fashion sector and customer expectations.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a passion for developing people.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and retail metrics to drive results.

  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across the East Coast.

  •  Fluent in English; additional languages (especially Italian) are a plus.

  • Deep appreciation for Italian style, tailoring, and the Boggi Milano brand identity.
