Job description

For our new Store in Miramas coming soon , we are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Store Manager.


As a Store Manager you will be an Ambassador of the Brand.

You will represent Boggi Milano's Values and ensure the highest level of Customer Experience.

You will be in charge of training and building a highly motivated team, achieving both individual and Store sales goals.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with both new and existing Clients.


Profile:

  • at least 3 years of proven experience as a Store Manager, mostly in Premium Retail

  • Experience in coaching and developing teams

  • Be a natural Leader, always highly motivated and leading by example

  • Drive the team to achieve personal and store targets (KPIs)

  • Planning and time management skills to drive daily operations

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Fluency in English and French, other languages are more than welcome
