Your Mission

Boggi Milano has recently embarked in an ambitious development plan encompassing multiple retail openings and different distribution channels in the United States of America. Notable are the three openings in NYC and the launch of our concessions in Bloomingdale department store.

NYC is the House of our Regional Corporate Offices and for our team we are searching for a dynamic Payroll Analyst, caring for both Corporate and Retail environments and having as core targets to provide punctual and detailed support to our Management in all aspects of Comp & Ben in all the Federal States the Brand finds itself operating into.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation Strategy & Analysis

  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.

  • Support the development and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.

  • Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation planning, promotions, and job evaluations.

  • Build salary bands for our global teams

  • Manage budgets for comp cycles

  • Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate compensation and benefits data in HRIS systems.

  • Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Monitor trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Compliance & Governance

  • Support audits and reporting requirements related to compensation and benefits.

  • Collaborate with local HR to define metrics and legal requirements.

  • Collaborate with global compensation teams to align regional practices with global strategies and initiatives.

 

 

Job requirements

Your Background

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation, with a focus on regional or international compensation practice.

  • Skills:

    • Advanced Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power Apps, Qlik, Tableau).

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively advise and influence stakeholders.

    • Ability to work with large data sets and perform detailed data analysis.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

    • Familiarity with compensation practices, salary structures, and market benchmarking.

  • Attributes:

    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

 

The knowledge of Italian and Spanish (Spoken or Written at least a B1 level) will be a plus.
